Guarding Sales Consultant

Summary:

• Join a growing security company as a Guarding Sales Consultant. Sell guarding/security services to commercial clients and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Work from Fourways, Johannesburg with required travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships with commercial customers.
• Generate new business and meet sales targets for guarding/security services.
• Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and prepare proposals/quotes.
• Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handover and service delivery.

Compensation:

• Salary range: 25,000 - 35,000 ZAR per month (depending on experience).

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid sales experience (commercial sales); previous security/guarding sales experience essential.
• Industry knowledge: Security/guarding sector experience.
• Attributes: Neatly presented, highly articulate, resilient, solution-oriented, client-service focused, goal-driven.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites.
