Senior AI/ML Expert

Job Description: We are hiring a Senior AI/ML & Chatbot/RAG Engineer (Remote).

• Role: Design, build, and deploy production AI/ML systems and conversational agents.
• Responsibilities: Develop scalable RAG pipelines; integrate LLMs with vector stores and retrieval layers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable solutions; contribute as a key technical peer.
• Work type: Fully remote, long-term opportunity. Morning shift.
• Experience level: Executive-level (SVP/VP/Department Head) / Senior contributor with 5+ years building and deploying ML systems.
• Location: Pakistan remote; city listed as Lahore.
• Compensation: 300,000 - 450,000 PKR per month.

• Must-have: 5+ years building and deploying ML systems; demonstrable end-to-end production projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Experience with ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn; data processing with Pandas, NumPy.
• Practical knowledge of NLP (transformers, tokenization) and/or computer vision (CNNs, transfer learning).
• Experience with AI chatbots, conversational AI, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS), embedding models, prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, real-time streaming AI applications.
• Containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; Redis; cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• REST APIs, microservices architecture, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Git, CI/CD, production monitoring, MLOps pipelines.
• Model monitoring, A/B testing, and inference performance optimization.
• Preferred / Nice-to-have: Fine-tuning models; prior leadership or departmental-level experience.
