Source: mustakbil.comJob Description: As the Partnerships and Alliances Sr. Associate, you will be responsible for driving key commercial projects and initiatives that involve external partnerships. You will own and manage online partnerships with brands, focusing on driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations. You will establish new relationships with brands to expand product selection for Landers Ecommerce. You will secure sponsorships for free delivery, lead campaigns with dropship partners, and support onboarding for dropship partners and marketplace vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sponsorship Management
Ensure Landers Ecommerce consistently has 23 brands sponsoring free delivery at any given time.
Negotiate and secure sponsorship deals that align with company goals and customer needs. - Campaign Leadership
Lead and execute campaigns with dropship partners to enhance product offerings and customer engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery and performance. - Dropship & Vendor Onboarding Support
Support onboarding processes for dropship partners and marketplace vendors, ensuring smooth integration and activation. - Partnership Growth
Identify and establish new brand relationships to expand product assortment and commercial opportunities. - Project Management
Manage commercial projects involving multiple stakeholders from concept to completion. - Performance & Reporting
Monitor partner performance and campaign results; produce insights and recommendations to optimize partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related role within e-commerce or retail.
- Project management experience leading commercial projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing deals and partnerships.
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends, partner performance, and campaign results.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms for managing partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred / Role-related:
- Experience with dropship/marketplace partner onboarding.
- Experience running sponsorship or delivery-promotion partnerships.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align partnership opportunities with company goals.
