Job Description: Remote Sales Executive - XEPOS (UK Market)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Engage with business owners and decision-makers across the UK.
  • Present XEPOS products and services professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Job Specification: Must-have Skills
  • Proven sales experience in IT services, software, or cloud solutions with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strong prospecting skills: cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations, map client requirements, and present solution value.
  • Experience preparing proposals, commercial terms, and coordinating technical demos with pre-sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and maintaining pipeline hygiene and sales reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-level and mid-level stakeholders.
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple opportunities in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
