Video Editor

Job Description: QAZ Associates (Pvt. Ltd.) is an Islamabad-based real estate firm. The Video Editor will work within the marketing and communications team to transform raw footage, motion graphics, and marketing assets into polished video content supporting property listings, corporate presentations, social media campaigns, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit video content for property walk-throughs, promotional spots, client testimonials, and corporate presentations, ensuring clarity, pacing, and visual consistency.
• Assemble raw footage, audio, and motion graphics into final deliverables optimized for web, social platforms, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand campaign goals, incorporate brand guidelines, and meet deadlines.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, and lower thirds for videos.
• Perform color grading, audio cleanup, and final mastering for multiple formats and aspect ratios.
• Manage media assets, naming conventions, and version control; use cloud or local asset libraries.

Job Specification: Must-have skills:

• 3+ years video editing experience, preferably with real estate or corporate videos.
• Proficient with non-linear editing: Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or equivalent.
• Color grading experience (Lumetri, DaVinci Resolve).
• Audio editing and noise reduction (Adobe Audition or similar).
• Knowledge of video codecs, bitrates, export presets and formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
• Portfolio demonstrating recent video editing work for corporate or real-estate projects.

• Ability to read briefs and follow brand guidelines.
• Organized media management and version control practices.
• Basic understanding of camera framing and lighting.
• Good communication to coordinate with teams and accept feedback professionally.
