Business Development Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive to lead client outreach and sales efforts. This is a remote-first, commission-based role with a base salary. The role suits someone ambitious, tech-aware, and eager to grow with an early-stage AI company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-potential prospects in industries including restaurants, real estate, clinics, retail, and logistics using digital tools and market insights
• Execute a consistent daily multi-channel outreach strategy via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email (2530 touchpoints per day)
• Engage decision-makers through professional, value-first communication that articulates how AI solutions address business challenges
• Qualify leads and convert warm prospects into booked consultation sessions
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead interactions and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging based on client feedback and market trends
• Stay current with AI automation, chatbot technology, and digital storefront solutions
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness

Job Specification: Must-have

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Self-driven and disciplined; able to manage daily outreach targets independently
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp for professional outreach
• Some experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
