Job Description: Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of industry trends. Experience in ORM, local SEO (GEO-targeting), and familiarity with generative AI for SEO workflows are advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits
• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, content structure, and internal linking
• Manage off-page SEO, link-building initiatives, and digital PR outreach
• Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms
• Collaborate with content, design, and technical teams to ensure SEO best practices
• Support Online Reputation Management (ORM), including reputation monitoring and review management
• Apply local SEO and GEO-targeting techniques to campaigns
• Explore and integrate generative AI tools into keyword, content, and SEO workflows

Job Specification:

• Must-have: 3-5 years professional SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Technical knowledge: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices; technical SEO audits
• Tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs (or similar)
• ORM: experience with reputation monitoring and review management
• Local SEO: GEO-targeting and local ranking techniques
• Additional: experience integrating generative AI into SEO workflows
