Cold Calling Executive

Location: Lahore (office-based)

About the role:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce web development and digital marketing services and qualify interest.
• Manage a daily calling target, document outcomes, and follow up on leads according to the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, update lead status, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Communicate client needs and feedback to marketing and technical teams to support proposal development.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets and contribute to continuous improvement of calling scripts and outreach strategies.
• Attend team meetings in Lahore and participate in training.

Job Specification: Must-have:

• Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing within Pakistan (preferably B2B services or digital marketing).
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive speaking skills in English and Urdu.
• Experience using CRM systems to log calls, set reminders, and track lead progress.
• Professional phone etiquette, objection handling, and ability to schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
• Good time management, persistence, and ability to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams and convey client requirements accurately.

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of web development and SEO services to explain offerings clearly to prospects.
• Certifications or short courses in sales or digital marketing.
