Preferred
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, referrals, networking, and online leads.
- Present and promote company services to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and secure orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and payments.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional sales experience.
- Previous sales experience (preferred) minimum ~3 years experience indicated.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships; target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office, CRM, or sales reporting tools.
- Valid driving license preferred (role requires travel).
Preferred
- Professional sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales).
