Shift: Morning Shift

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 PKR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations
• Manage labor and track attendance
• Inspect material quality and ensure proper storage
• Enforce safety standards on site
• Submit daily/weekly progress reports to management
• Ensure work completion according to BOQ and project timelines
• Maintain quality control and workmanship standards
• Ensure site discipline and cleanliness

Job Specification: Must-have Skills & Experience:

• Clear understanding of concrete, masonry, and structural work
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of costing and budget management
• Good communication skills (Urdu/English)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Basic MS Office proficiency
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction projects
