E-Commerce SCM Agent

Role Summary:

The E-Commerce SCM Agent will manage day-to-day supply chain activities for e-commerce clients, ensuring timely processing, inventory accuracy, and seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound and outbound e-commerce shipments, coordinating with carriers and warehouse teams to meet SLA targets.
• Manage order processing workflows: picking, packing, labeling, and handover to last-mile delivery partners.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate stock status to clients and sales teams.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation and liaise with customs clearance teams when required to ensure compliance.
• Track shipments end-to-end, investigate delays or exceptions, and implement corrective actions.
• Use WMS/TMS and e-commerce platforms to update orders and maintain accurate records.

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Practical experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order management/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or comparable systems).
• Fulfillment workflows: Strong knowledge of picking, packing, labeling, returns, and last-mile handover procedures.
• Shipping & customs: Ability to create and interpret shipping and customs documentation for domestic and cross-border shipments.
• Inventory & reporting: Numerical and inventory reconciliation skills, cycle counts, stock adjustments; Excel proficiency (pivot tables, basic data analysis) to track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and return rates.
• Problem solving: Investigate exceptions, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Communication & organization: Clear verbal and written communication to coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and clients; attention to detail to manage multiple SKUs and concurrent orders.
