Job Description: Atomz Digitals is a Karachi-based IT and digital services firm providing responsive web and mobile app development, e-commerce platforms, UI/UX design, digital marketing and SEO, cloud solutions, and IT support.

The Sales Executive will grow sales in local and national markets by identifying prospects, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and maintaining long-term client relationships to support recurring services and project engagements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and inbound inquiry follow-up.
  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and recommend appropriate Atomz Digitals solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and demonstrations in coordination with technical teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely handover to project delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline activity.
  • Report sales metrics to management and collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and nurture leads.
Job Specification: Must-have:
  • Proven experience in B2B or technology services sales (web, mobile, or digital marketing services).
  • Strong outbound and inbound lead generation skills: cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, lead qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu; ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiation and commercial closing skills; attention to margins and contract terms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Understanding of web and mobile development lifecycle, hosting/cloud basics, and common digital marketing services.
  • Organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple opportunities and coordinate with technical/delivery teams.

Preferred:
  • Relevant sales certifications.
