Role Overview:
Lead targeted account development for ICT solutions, managed services, and cloud offerings. Report to the Head of Sales and coordinate pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure proposals match client requirements and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify new prospects and expand revenue with existing clients in Pakistan.
- Qualify leads and run discovery meetings to translate business requirements into solution proposals for ICT infrastructure, managed services, and cloud operations.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to prepare commercial proposals, SLA frameworks, and statements of work.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, contract closure, and handover to delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports; present updates to leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (pre-sales, technical architects, operations, finance) to support bid responses and delivery readiness.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms relevant to service delivery and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Must-have: Proven business development experience selling ICT solutions, managed services, MSP offerings, or cloud services (B2B).
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills; ability to map client needs to technical solutions.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals, SLAs, statements of work, and leading commercial negotiations.
- Familiarity with networking, servers, virtualization, cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and IT service management concepts.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and strong pipeline/forecasting discipline.
- Target-driven with a record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; experience presenting to senior client executives.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage handovers to delivery.
- Negotiation and contract management experience.
