Role summary:

As a Business Development Officer you will source qualified B2B leads, nurture prospective client relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue for business supplies and equipment across Pakistan. You will combine market research with proactive outreach and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify target segments, potential clients, and opportunities within Pakistan
• Generate and qualify leads via networking, outreach, referrals, and industry events
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline; track opportunity stages and expected close timelines
• Develop and present tailored commercial proposals and coordinate product demonstrations
• Follow structured sales processes to move prospects through the sales cycle and close deals
• Work with sales and operations teams to ensure onboarding and delivery for new clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular reports

Job Specification:

• Proven B2B lead generation and qualification
• Experience with CRM systems (tracking leads, opportunities, forecasting)
• Market research: segmentation, competitor awareness, opportunity sizing (Pakistan)
• Ability to prepare clear commercial proposals and follow sales processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Organizational skills for managing multiple prospects and follow-up
• Networking and attendance at industry events
• Basic MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
