Role Overview:

  • The Sales Executive is a front-line commercial professional responsible for generating new client leads, managing relationships with partner organisations, and converting prospects into clients while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business through outreach, networking, and follow-up with educational institutions, migration agents, and corporate partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective partners and clients, explaining services, fees, and processes clearly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with case processing and compliance teams to ensure smooth handover and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain and grow referral networks and institutional partnerships.
  • Provide timely follow-up, client support, and complaint resolution as needed.
Job Specification: Must-have:
  • Proven sales experience in services or consultative selling (job states 2 years experience; resume must demonstrate relevant sales history).
  • Experience in education, immigration, or related B2B/B2C sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu; ability to explain complex processes simply.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, tasks, and reporting.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with institutions, agents, and corporate clients; networking skills.
  • Negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Customer service orientation, attention to detail, follow-through, and complaint resolution skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple leads/cases and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of immigration and student visa processes or willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred:
  • Prior experience specifically in student visa/immigration consultancy or partnerships with educational institutions.
