Sales Development Representative - Development

Job Description: Marketing Transformer Pvt. Ltd. is a Delhi-based marketing and advertising firm seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the growth team.

About the role:

The Sales Development Representative will convert market opportunities into a qualified pipeline, acting as the front line between our marketing capabilities and prospective clients across India. You will work with startups, MSMEs, e-commerce, FMCG, and technology clients to deliver brand strategy, integrated advertising, performance marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business leads through targeted outreach, research, and database management.
• Conduct qualification calls and discovery conversations to understand prospects' marketing needs and budgets.
• Coordinate with marketing and account teams to craft tailored outreach messages and campaign proposals.
• Manage CRM records, update pipeline stages, and ensure accurate activity logging and forecasting inputs.
• Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to account executives; follow up to ensure a seamless transition and timely proposals.
• Track lead sources and campaign performance and provide feedback to optimize lead-generation.

Job Specification:

• Proven B2B lead generation: cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting.
• Communication & presentation: conduct discovery calls and set meetings.
• CRM experience: HubSpot, Salesforce or similar; pipeline & activity management.
• Research & value proposition: craft messages for startups, MSMEs, e-commerce, FMCG, technology clients.
• Digital marketing knowledge: SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing.
• Organization: manage multiple prospects, prioritize high-potential leads, accurate record-keeping.
• Data-driven: track outreach metrics, iterate messaging, report conversion rates and lead sources.
• Collaboration: work with marketing, creatives, and account management.
