Job Description: Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin Staff to support sales operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and reports
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and client appointments
  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with order processing
  • Maintain accurate records and manage databases
  • Prepare and format sales presentations and materials
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks as needed
Job Specification:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative, clerical, or sales support roles preferred
  • Experience in sales coordination, customer service, and handling client inquiries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
