- Conduct relocation and topographic surveys
- Prepare subdivision plans, signed and sealed, and coordinate VSR approval at LMB
- Prepare lot descriptions
- Prepare and sign individual narrative technical descriptions of resulting lots
- Design subdivision layouts
- Research and compile documents necessary for subdivision approval
- Maintain good standing with the Geodetic Engineers Profession (GEP)
- Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering
- Registered Geodetic Engineer
