Role:

We are recruiting a skilled Dental Technician with demonstrated experience in crown and bridge fabrication, denture construction and laboratory workflow. The role requires hands-on work in a modern lab, working from impressions, models and digital files, and collaborating with clinicians to meet case specifications and delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finish crown and bridge restorations using conventional and CAD/CAM techniques, ensuring accurate margins and occlusion
• Fabricate partial and complete dentures; perform wax-ups, try-ins and final polishing to achieve optimal fit and aesthetics
• Inspect, adjust and repair appliances; maintain quality control documentation
• Work from impressions, models and digital scans; perform model trimming, articulation and occlusal adjustment
• Perform shade matching, porcelain layering, staining and glazing to meet aesthetic specifications
• Communicate and liaise with dentists and team members to manage case workflow and delivery deadlines

Job Specification: Must-have:

• Diploma or degree in Dental Technology or equivalent vocational training
• 2+ years hands-on dental laboratory experience preferred
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-finishing skills for crown, bridge and denture work
• Proficiency with waxing, casting, porcelain layering, staining and glazing techniques
• Experience with dental ceramics, metal alloys, acrylics and prosthetic materials
• Ability to read prescriptions, dental terminology and lab work orders accurately
• Competence in model trimming, articulation and occlusal adjustment
• Accurate shade matching and aesthetic characterization abilities
• Quality control mindset and ability to follow SOPs
• Good communication and case management skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows and basic digital scanning/file handling
• Certification in dental technician specialties or formal apprenticeships
