International Business Coordinator

Job Description: Hub K Trading is expanding! We specialize in exporting high-quality Japanese vehicles to clients worldwide, working directly with auction houses and suppliers in Japan. We are looking for driven sales agents to join our global team.

Your Role:

• Make cold calls daily to generate fresh leads and new clients.
• Work on hot leads provided by the company and convert prospects into buyers.
• Work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
• Coordinate with documentation, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth client service from inquiry to delivery.

Job Specification:

• Experience: Approximately 3 years (Experienced, non-managerial).
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English for phone and email; comfortable making 60+ calls daily.
• Sales Skills: Persistent follow-up, objection handling, negotiation, closing deals; target-driven.
• Tools: Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email follow-ups.
• Other: Self-motivated, reliable transportation for daily commute, able to work night shift and travel as required.
