Role Summary:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition, grow revenue from target segments and represent the agency in face-to-face and virtual client engagements. The role works closely with strategy, creative and digital teams to convert leads into brief-winning proposals. Focus markets include the UK and local Pakistan market. Role requires regular travel and is morning-shift, on-site in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in advertising, digital and marketing services.
  • Qualify leads, manage pipeline and progress opportunities through the CRM.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and written proposals that convert briefs into solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, scope, pricing and close new business.
  • Coordinate with strategy, creative and digital teams to develop winning offers.
  • Manage multiple opportunities with clear prioritization and timely follow-up.
  • Represent the agency in client meetings and events; travel regularly for UK market engagements.
Job Specification: Must-have:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within advertising, digital agencies, or marketing services.
  • Experience with digital marketing services: SEO, PPC, social media, content, video.
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills; client-facing experience.
  • Commercial acumen: pricing, margins, scope control and basic contract understanding.
  • Organized and proactive; able to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; strong local market knowledge of Pakistan and the UK market.

Preferred:

  • 1+ years in sales/business development; prior B2B or SaaS closing experience preferred.
  • Professional sales or marketing certifications.
