Job Description: Job Description:

Promote solar and related civil solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Conduct client outreach and generate/qualify leads.
Conduct client visits and deliver product presentations explaining benefits and technical aspects.
Prepare quotations, follow up and close sales.
Coordinate with engineering and installation teams.
Update CRM and prepare sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Represent the company at events and support the sales lifecycle.

Job Specification:

Must-have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must-have: Clear verbal presentation and relationship-building skills
Must-have: Basic technical understanding of solar and civil engineering concepts
Must-have: Negotiation and persuasion skills
