Job Description: Position: Auto Transport Customer Service Representative

Location: On-site, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with vehicle shipping inquiries and provide accurate quotes.
  • Manage bookings and coordinate with dispatch, operations, warehouse, and carriers to ensure timely shipments.
  • Use CRM systems, shipment tracking tools or TMS and proprietary platforms to monitor and update order status.
  • Process claims, returns and service documentation with attention to detail.
  • Maintain case management, prioritize tasks and follow up to meet SLAs.
  • Handle customer contacts via phone and email with professional etiquette; de-escalate and resolve conflicts while maintaining composure.
  • Prepare basic reports and perform accurate data entry; use MS Excel for tracking.
Job Specification: Must-have:
  • Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience (preferably logistics, e-commerce or auto transport).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Clear phone etiquette and professional email correspondence.
  • Experience with CRM systems, shipment tracking tools or TMS; ability to learn proprietary platforms quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills: case management, prioritization, follow-up to meet SLAs.
  • Basic data entry accuracy and familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to coordinate across teams.

Preferred:
  • Logistics/auto transport experience.
