• Identify and address customer needs with the goal of total satisfaction.
• Provide expert answers about products, pricing, and availability.
• Present the value of the product portfolio and support sales conversions.
• Handle high call volumes and multitask across communication channels.

Job Specification: Must-have Skills and Experience:
