Role Overview:

• Provide legal guidance and support on commercial contracts, compliance, labor matters, and dispute resolution.
• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documents.
• Advise management on legal risks and regulatory requirements affecting company operations.
• Support dispute resolution, negotiations and litigation processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating with external counsel when needed.
• Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance across operations, particularly in construction and commercial matters.

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and labor law.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Ability to provide clear legal advice to management.
• Good negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.
• Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
