Job Overview

We are hiring an inbound Sales Executive to join our night-shift team in Lahore. The role involves handling inbound leads, explaining tutoring services, scheduling trial classes, following up leads, tracking outcomes, and converting trials into paid students. The role requires on-site work in Lahore and includes night and day shift rotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads via calls, messages, WhatsApp, or email
• Explain tutoring services, subjects, tutor profiles, pricing, and class structure
• Identify student/parent needs and recommend suitable programs
• Schedule trial classes and ensure parents/students receive details
• Follow up proactively with leads not immediately converted
• Track trial class outcomes and update records
• Convert trials into paid enrollments

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Willingness to work night shift (9:00 PM 6:00 AM) and day shift rotations
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with CRM and data entry
• Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and analytical skills
