The role is full-time, office-based with working hours 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM. The successful candidate will optimize and manage CraftEven's Upwork profile, identify and pursue relevant Upwork projects, write tailored proposals, communicate and follow up with clients, conduct discovery meetings, coordinate scope and pricing with the in-house team, negotiate and close projects, and build long-term client relationships. The role includes maintaining bidding reports, pipeline tracking, and sales performance records, meeting monthly project acquisition and revenue targets, and recommending improvements to bidding strategies and sales processes.Job Specification:
- Must-have:
- 3-5 years experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or Freelance Sales Specialist
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork
- Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Canada)
- Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills
- Experience leading client meetings and sales discussions independently
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead generation to project closing
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking systems
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well organized
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of graphic design, branding, and creative services
