Job Overview
We are hiring professional customer service representatives for our day and night shift teams in Lahore. You will communicate with international students and parents, respond to enquiries, provide information about tutoring services, and deliver support via calls, chat, email, and WhatsApp. You will handle follow-ups, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide information about tutoring services, pricing, and schedules.
- Handle follow-ups and student/parent onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update CRM/customer records and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Work on rotating day and night shifts as required.
- Must-have: Graduate or undergraduate (freshers may apply)
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Technical: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, GHL, CRM systems, and data entry
- Other: Willingness to work day or night shifts; strong persuasion, problem-solving, and analytical skills
