Job Description: Job Summary

  • Manage daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) restaurant operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate floor staff, cashiers, and kitchen team.
  • Interact with customers, handle feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Monitor inventory, control food wastage, and manage operational costs.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, daily sales closing, and reporting.
  • Plan staff shifts and maintain optimal scheduling.
Job Specification: Requirements

  • Experience (must): Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Branch Manager in a reputable fast-food or dine-in setup.
  • Education (preferred): DAE / Diploma in Hotel Management or Food Services preferred.
  • Technical: Proficient with POS systems, inventory management, and basic MS Excel.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Other: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
