Customer Support Executive

Location: Lahore (Model Town Link Road) on-site

Employment type: Full-Time

Shift: Morning, Evening, or Night; 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Manage email queries, live chat, and calls with international clients
• Operate computer systems and use MS Office and Excel efficiently
• Use CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, Richpanel, Kustomer) to log and resolve issues
• Train and guide team members on projects within your area of expertise
• No sales targets or commission-based work

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Experience with CRMs such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Richpanel, or Kustomer
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role or in supervision
• Availability for morning, evening, or night shifts
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel)
