Overview:

Tasty is a growing food & beverages company serving customers across Pakistan. The Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive, based in Lahore and collaborating with the Karachi head office, will drive revenue growth, build corporate relationships, and elevate brand visibility within the target market. This commercially minded role requires understanding foodservice and corporate procurement channels and converting leads into repeat business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and institutional accounts across Lahore and surrounding areas.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close contracts with corporate buyers; manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale relationship management.
  • Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns and promotional programs to drive demand, sampling, and trial among key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction for corporate orders.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics; present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Job Specification:
  • Proven B2B sales experience in food & beverages, hospitality supply, or FMCG channels with demonstrable corporate account wins.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills; able to close mid- to large-size corporate deals and manage renewals.
  • Marketing campaign execution: promotions, sampling, trade activation, digital outreach targeted at corporate buyers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client meetings, proposals, and senior stakeholder briefings.
  • Sales data analysis & forecasting; pipeline management using CRM tools; reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Customer-focused problem solving for order issues, delivery coordination, and service escalations.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the Lahore market, local foodservice landscape, and corporate procurement processes preferred.
