Salary: Basic salary Rs.35,000 - Rs.50,000 plus commission; total listed range Rs.35,000 - Rs.150,000 PKR depending on performance

Overview:

Bridgeway Logistics LLC provides logistics and transport coordination for automotive dealerships and carriers serving the USA. The Customer Service Representative supports dispatch and lead-handling operations, communicates with internal teams, carriers/drivers, and customers, and helps ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer and carrier inquiries via phone and email; document interactions and follow up until resolution
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating pickup and delivery schedules with carriers and drivers
• Qualify incoming sales/service leads, log details in the CRM, and route to appropriate team members
• Monitor shipment status, identify exceptions or delays proactively, and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders
• Escalate complex operational issues to supervisors and collaborate with teams to resolve
