Overview:

Blueclays, a Google Partner and CIM AI Marketing certified agency in Lahore, is hiring Cold Calling Representatives to join the business development team. The role supports lead generation for website development, digital marketing, and medical billing services across the UK, Canada, Australia, and Asia.

Key responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads using provided lists and CRM tools.
• Qualify prospects by assessing web, digital marketing, or medical billing needs and business context.
• Communicate service offerings and value proposition professionally.
• Schedule discovery calls or demos for senior sales team members and update CRM records accurately.
• Follow call scripts and objection-handling frameworks while adapting to customer cues.
• Achieve daily and monthly call, contact, and appointment-setting targets and report outcomes to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality.

Job Specification:

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, or B2B lead generation in a services environment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening; professional phone manner; Good English fluency for international clients (UK, Canada, Australia, Asia).
• Ability to qualify leads quickly using targeted questioning and to handle objections confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and accurate data-entry practices.
• Persistence, resilience, and a metrics-driven mindset to meet call and appointment targets.
• Ability to follow scripts while personalizing conversations and escalating complex inquiries appropriately.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of web development, digital marketing, or medical billing concepts.
