Established in 2013, Unibrew Industry Trading is a global supplier of premium coffee equipment and raw materials with operations in China and sales/service centers in Cebu and Manila.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, journal entries, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance
- Process business permits and government-mandated contributions
- Support payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work onsite in Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu
Preferred
- CPA or CMA is an advantage
