About the role:
We are hiring a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team supporting US-based trucking and logistics clients. The role involves end-to-end back-office accounting tasks including bookkeeping, billing, bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports. This is an onsite night-shift role with opportunities to learn US accounting/bookkeeping practices and grow professionally.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Process invoices and support billing
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Support tax-related documentation and basic US accounting tasks
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Minimum 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Basic understanding of US accounting principles (preferred)
- Strong skills in bank reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good written and spoken English (preferred)
- Comfortable working night shift (US timezone)
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to long-term work
