Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting and finance operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, supporting reporting, and assisting with tax and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers accurately
- Handle data entry and manage invoices, receipts, and payments
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Support tax-related tasks, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with the finance team for audits and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software
Preferred:
- Basic tax knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
