Web Developer (AI + Backend)

Join a remote-first team to build and maintain web applications and backend systems using AI-powered workflows. Work with a distributed team and a lead developer to deliver production-focused projects, improve workflows, and manage multiple websites in a private infrastructure environment. Role is remote/online based in Karachi with rotation shift.

Responsibilities:

• Build and support backend systems and web applications.
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Manus) to speed development and integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain multiple websites within private infrastructure.
• Collaborate with a lead developer and distributed team; follow instructions and deliver clean implementations.
• Improve and optimize development workflows over time.
• Ensure deliverables are polished, functional, and meet deadlines.

• Must-have: Proven programming and web development experience.
• Languages/Stacks: JavaScript, PHP, or other backend development experience.
• AI tools: Familiarity with Cursor, Claude, Manus, or similar AI coding/assist tools.
• Work mode: Comfortable working remotely with own setup; able to work rotation shift.
• Other: Fast learner, adaptable, able to follow instructions, good communication, fluent English (written & spoken).


• Preferred: Demonstrable portfolio of web projects or code samples; experience building production-focused systems; willingness to learn new stacks.
