Job Description: About the Role

Nexsol Systems (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based information technology and services company delivering scalable, secure digital solutions across Pakistan and internationally. Our team builds custom software, web and mobile applications, and provides cloud migration, IT consulting and managed services. We are expanding our commercial presence and seeking a Remote Business Development Specialist to generate new revenue opportunities, build partnerships and support the sales pipeline for domestic clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads across Pakistan using phone, email and online channels while maintaining CRM records.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting SMEs and mid-market organizations that need software, cloud and managed IT services.
  • Conduct needs discovery calls, present service offerings, and tailor solution briefs to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to prepare proposals, scope statements and pricing estimates.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunity stages, forecast revenue and report key metrics to the Head of Sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Job Specification: Must-have

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B business development or sales experience in IT services or software solutions.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and closing deals with SMEs or mid-market clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu; confident with remote presentations and demos.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and experience maintaining accurate pipeline data.
  • Ability to craft solution-focused proposals and coordinate technical scoping with engineers and product teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen and experience preparing pricing and statements of work.
  • Comfortable with virtual outreach channels: cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online meeting platforms.
  • Organized, results-oriented, able to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
