Truck Dispatcher and Sales Agent - US Trucking

Job Description: About the job

• Location: Lahore (State Life Housing Society near DHA Phase 4)
• Employment type: Full-Time, On-site
• Shift/Timings: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (US shift / night shift)
• Salary: 70,000 - 100,000 PKR (up to 100k) plus high commissions

Sky Land provides trucking dispatch services connecting drivers and brokers, handling administrative tasks such as lumper and detention pay paperwork.

Role summary and responsibilities

• Coordinate freight movement and manage schedules and routes for US-bound trucking loads
• Find and book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Negotiate rates with brokers, shippers, and drivers
• Maintain regular communication with drivers and brokers and manage related documentation
• Handle administrative tasks including lumper and detention pay paperwork
• Generate and convert sales leads; support sales activities to bring new business
• Work US hours / night shift and manage multitasking and problem-solving tasks

Job Specification:

• Minimum experience: 1 year in truck dispatching or sales (freshers not allowed)
• Must-have skills: Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.), dealing with brokers and drivers, route planning, rate negotiation
• Sales skills: Lead generation and conversion, strong negotiation and communication
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Other: Ability to work night/US shift, problem-solving and multitasking
