Travel Consultant

Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Make flight reservations and issue tickets using Sabre GDS
• Manage reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes
• Handle customer travel inquiries professionally
• Prepare quotations and travel itineraries
• Assist clients with Umrah, visa, and travel-related services
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

• Sabre GDS experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds
• Familiarity with Umrah, visit visa, and travel services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented with ability to meet targets
• Good computer proficiency
