Translation & Voice-Dubbing Director / Voice Actors

• DODO Non-Specialized Wholesale Trading, Manila media production company localizing Chinese short dramas for the Philippine market; integrates short drama globalization, branded content, and e-commerce conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Translator: Native Filipino speaker, fluent in Chinese and English; produce subtitles, promotional copy, and localized text; ensure cultural appropriateness and natural local expression.
• Voice-Dubbing Director: Oversee dubbing production; set vocal style standards; direct actors on emotional expression, pacing, and delivery; coordinate recording sessions and quality control. Requires minimum 3 years' experience in film/TV/short drama dubbing direction.
• Voice Actor: Perform expressive voice work across diverse character types and emotions; deliver consistent takes per director guidance; prior experience in film, TV, or commercial voice-over preferred.

• Proficient in Chinese, Filipino, and English with strong translation skills.
• Excellent understanding of cultural nuances in source and target languages.
• Experience in media production, film/TV/short drama dubbing or voice-over work (minimum 3 years for director role).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with e-commerce concepts.
• Experience directing dubbing sessions and coaching actors.
