Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors and related equipment for agricultural and construction tasks.
- Drive tractor with bucket (loader) as required.
- Inspect and maintain equipment for safety and functionality.
- Assist in site operations and collaborate with team to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow all on-site safety protocols and regulations.
- Proven experience as a tractor driver (minimum 3 years).
- Experience operating tractor with bucket/loader.
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in tractor operation or agriculture is a plus.
