Source: mustakbil.comWe are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and scale TikTok eCommerce operations onsite in Karachi. The role focuses on product research, sourcing, influencer collaborations, PPC campaign management, listing optimization, and performance tracking to improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and hunt winning products for TikTok Shop using trend-based and data-driven approaches
- Manage product sourcing from local and international suppliers (e.g., Alibaba)
- Build and maintain influencer and affiliate partnerships for TikTok Shop
- Plan and execute TikTok Ads (PPC campaigns) to scale products
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and creatives to improve conversion
- Track performance metrics and improve ROI (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral content, and competitor strategies
- Proven experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads
- Experience in product research and market trend analysis
- Supplier sourcing experience (Alibaba, local vendors, etc.)
- Hands-on influencer outreach and affiliate marketing experience
- Ability to manage and scale PPC campaigns
- Analytical skills for performance tracking (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred:
- eCommerce platform experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Basic content creation knowledge for TikTok
- Familiarity with tools like TikTok Ads Manager, CapCut
