Responsibilities
- Book profitable loads and negotiate competitive rates
- Optimize routes and manage daily dispatch operations
- Ensure timely deliveries and coordinate with operations teams
- Generate leads through cold calling and outbound sales
- Pitch dispatch and logistics services to US clients and close sales
- Onboard new customers and maintain client records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent, professional-level English communication
- 6 months to 1 year of telesales or call center experience
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Comfortable working US business hours (night shift)
Preferred
- Experience in US dispatching
