Telesales Representative

Job Description: Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Representative to join our on-site team in Lahore. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with leads.
• Present and explain products/services to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM or provided system.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Attend scheduled shifts (evening shift) and occasional travel as required.

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally
