Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain and promote products/services.
- Handle customer questions and objections.
- Close sales and meet targets.
- Maintain call records and follow-ups.
- Must-have: Strong communication and speaking skills (English preferred)
- Basic sales and persuasion skills
- Confidence in handling customers over the phone
- Ability to convince and close sales
- Good listening and customer handling
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, dialing systems)
