EA Coventry Services is a commercial cleaning company based in London serving residential and small-business clients. We are expanding our sales team to drive revenue for recurring cleaning contracts, deepen relationships with existing accounts, and convert inbound leads into long-term clients.

Role Summary

The Tele Sale Executive will work remotely (online) from Lahore, coordinating regularly with the operations team in London to ensure accurate handoffs and an excellent client experience. Primary focus is telephone sales for recurring cleaning contracts and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound telephone sales to generate new business and upsell existing customers for cleaning services.
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and propose appropriate service packages and pricing.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM; update status and follow-up tasks.
  • Meet defined weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with operations and scheduling to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals while preserving long-term customer relationships.
Job Specification:
  • Proven telephone sales experience in B2C or B2B service environments, preferably selling recurring contracts.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening; clear, persuasive phone manner (English).
  • CRM skills: ability to log interactions, manage pipelines, and track follow-ups accurately.
  • Negotiation and objection-handling techniques focused on converting leads to contracted services.
  • Organized self-starter capable of remote work: time management, discipline, and reliable internet connectivity.
  • Target-driven mindset with experience meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
  • Ability to collaborate with operations teams for onboarding and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with the London market and local service expectations is an advantage.
