Overview:

We are seeking Technical Support Representatives for a permanent work-from-home role supporting customers via phone, email, and chat. The role focuses on troubleshooting product and service issues, documenting interactions, and assisting customers with platform navigation, including Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
  • Assist customers in navigating and utilizing platforms, including Shopify.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer experiences.
Job Specification: Must-have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience in call center or customer support environments.
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and as part of a team.

Preferred / Additional:

  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
