Technical Operations IC

Job Description: You will be the technical operations person working directly with the founder to own and operate systems across an early-stage multi-vertical portfolio. Initial focus: one vertical a software platform processing real data with customer-facing surfaces and an imminent beta launch. Responsibilities include debugging integrations, implementing workflow automations, supporting customer-facing systems, documenting work, and expanding scope as new verticals come online. Daily use of AI tools for drafting and translation; you will plan with a partner but execute independently. Role is full-time, independent contractor, remote (Kenya or Pakistan strongly preferred). Immediate start and long-term engagement. On-rotation shift. Salary range: $700 - $900 USD/month.Job Specification:

• Must-have: 25 years hands-on web development, API integrations, or workflow automation platforms

• Technical: experience with webhooks, HTTP requests, JSON, basic auth; ability to debug integrations

• Tools/Platforms: experience using at least one workflow automation or no-code/low-code platform

• Practices: reads documentation and figures things out independently; documents work as you go

• Communication: clear English to explain technical work and incident troubleshooting; comfortable drafting responses (using AI tools) and refining them

• Other: baseline patience for user-reported problems; prefers long-term role; shipped work valued over credentials
