Nice-to-have / Preferences
- Work as the Technical Operations individual contributor, owning systems that keep an early-stage multi-vertical portfolio running.
- Start with a sprint inside a software platform processing real data; support customer-facing surfaces and upcoming beta launch.
- Expand scope across additional verticals as they come online.
- Work alongside the founder with execution responsibility; use AI tools as part of daily workflow.
- On-site in Islamabad (job post lists on-site), shift on rotation.
- 25 years hands-on experience with web development, API integrations, or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with webhooks, HTTP requests, JSON, and basic auth sufficient to debug integrations.
- Experience using at least one workflow automation or no-code/low-code platform.
- Ability to read documentation and learn independently.
- Clear written and spoken English; ability to explain debugging steps and outcomes.
- Documentation discipline and patience handling user-reported problems; comfortable using AI tools to draft responses.
Nice-to-have / Preferences
- Experience shipping production work (shipped work preferred over credentials).
- Interest in a long-term role rather than short-term contract work.
